and easily accommodate a wide variety of uses and privacy needs.

are also available to our business clients. Greystone is just two blocks off
the Durham Expressway (NC147), two blocks from the American Tobacco Complex ,
and three blocks from Historic Brightleaf Square. We are just five minutes
from Duke's campus, and ten minutes from the Research Triangle Park...using NC 147
South, you can be to RDU in fifteen minutes.
For our traveling clients, Greystone offers great privacy and convenience to just about any location in Durham. Elegantly appointed rooms inside the mansion and multiple outside spaces provide multiple options for relaxing, reading, working, eating or entertaining. Upstairs, the overnight accommodations are quite spacious. All rooms offer private baths, high speed wireless internet, televisions, DVD players and private telephones. A scrumptious hot breakfast buffet is complimentary each morning and can be taken in one of several dining areas on the first floor. The dining room table will seat up to 22 people and continental breakfasts are available for your meeting guests.
